1. Camera-ready submission (required)

•    Final PDF (camera-ready)
•    Optional but recommended: source files (LaTeX/Word) and any supplementary material (please send as a single .zip if applicable)

 

File naming (recommended):
silkroadnlp2026_paper[OPENREVIEW_ID]_camera_ready.pdf
silkroadnlp2026_paper[OPENREVIEW_ID]_source.zip

 

Formatting: Please use the official ACL/EACL templates and ensure the final version is de-anonymized (author names/affiliations included).

Paper length: Each paper may include one additional page of content for the camera-ready version (long papers up to 9 pages, and short papers up to 5 pages), plus references.

Before submitting, please self-check:
•    PDF compiles cleanly; fonts embedded; figures readable
•    Title/author list matches the final version
•    References render correctly; URLs work
•    Proofread for minor typos

2. Registration requirement (required)

To remain in the workshop program and proceedings:

    At least one author per accepted paper/poster must register as an “Author Paper Presenter” by February 24, 2026 (AOE)

 

EACL notes that papers may be removed from the proceedings/program if the required author registration is not completed by the deadline.

3. Author metadata for proceedings (required)

Please email the following by February 17, 2026 (AOE) to info@silkroadnlp.org :

 

  • Final paper title

  • Full author list (order, spelling, diacritics)
    Optionally, please include the native-script form of your name

  • Affiliations for each author

  • Presenter name + presenter email

  • Please state whether you will be presenting in-person or online (in-person presentations are highly recommended; we will accommodate remote presenters when needed).

4. Presentation details (talk/poster logistics)

Workshop time: 9:00 – 12:30
Location: Rabat, Morocco

If poster presentation
•    Poster size/orientation: A0 portrait (841 mm width x 1189 mm height) recommended
•    Poster setup time: 8:00 – 9:00
•    Poster session time: 10:00 – 11:00

Please email your poster (PDF) by March 27, 2026 to info@silkroadnlp.org for archival and display purposes.
Note: Poster printing is not provided; presenters should print and bring their poster to the conference.

•    Talk duration: 15 minutes + 5 minutes Q&A
•    Slides: Please email your slides by March 27, 2026 to info@silkroadnlp.org

5. Invitation letters (visas)

If you require an invitation letter to obtain a visa, please note that invitation letters are handled by EACL:

Please complete the form linked on that page to request an invitation letter from EACL. This can be done prior to registration.
For that form, your "Paper ID" should be your OpenReview submission number.
